Actually, I was mistaken:  it does filter out all header lines that start with 
"Nmh-".

As to why it doesn't scrub Attach:  because no one implemented that.

Except to those who might want to update their scripts to be
consistent, now that they know that post will filter out Nmh-Attach
if it leaks through :-)
