For now, I can't say that I'm intentionally trying to develop a way for
others to create their own fonts for LilyPond, but that could be a result of
my efforts.

I've been reading through metafont tutorials and such and it's quite cryptic
to me, but if you know how to add these rounds in arbitrary locations, I'd
love to know how.
