Thanks for informing me of the problem, Benja. Luckily configuring 
Apache is easy, I added a .htaccess file with
AddType application/java-archive .jar

If someone wants to find out why we get redirect and not the web page at 
http://savannah.gnu.org/files/?group=gzz
I'd love to hear of the result.
