Seen this earlier, it's probably a bug in some search path or such. I've been stupid with gzz.control.Main so you can't change python's path, but you could try something with java's classpath.


It's just the default Java classpath, with nothing gzz-specific; if that doesn't work, the jar is at fault ;-)

This happens when running from the .jar, but not when unzipping the jar first.

What kind of a system do you try it on?

Debian, i386, kaffe 1.0.6 with JIT, IBM Java 1.3.1 with JIT.

Could you also try on a Mac?


Not right now, sometime later. Windows, too (I don't think somebody else here is very keen on that, so...)
