Not bad.
I do like the TCO thing - I didn't notice that when I read it. I think
your interpretation of "default" is wrong though - they have actually
made "OSS" the "default" route of exploitation in the way they were
discussing, but they mean "position taken when nothing else happens". I
don't think they will ever mandate a "take this position unless you have
a very good reason"; to be honest, I'm not sure it's legal.
