The documentation suggest you can have pre-compiled headers
but I have yet to find anything IDE based that allows them to be
explictly turned-on or off.
One thing I have found that I have version 7.0 not 8.3 (The rev
says 834 hence the confusion).
As of this email I have a 7.0 prj thanks to Brian (address@hidden).
This loaded but displayed the same problem so I am currently
downloading all the patches and will retry.
