That is the whole point of using a centralized translation system.
You don't have to care about lang files anymore. Just look at translation
percentages of resources in your language. If they are at 100%, then you have
nothing to do. If they are at another percentage it means that some string
needs to be translated.
When new strings are added to the english source files they will also be added
to resources in your language and the percentage will go under 100% until you
translate them.
