You might check the SwarmFaq when you have questions like this. I think they are all documented.

get the swarmapps package from ftp.swarm.org/pub/swarm/apps/objc/sdg.

If you installed swarm rpm, you have the swarm needed for objective-c applications. That is, assuming you installed the rpms that swarm requires and the swarm rpm should not install unless you do. (gcc3, gcc3-objc, blt, etc). I should have had jikes as a requirement as well for the swarm-jdk rpm, but I don't, and that explains a few of the problems we have seen lately for java users.
