Well, I don't know much about swarm and java, but you will this sort of
error with jikes when the jar file containing the java core packages
(java.util, java.lang, etc.) is not the first item in the classpath
passed to jikes. (At least, it used to be this way, I'm not sure if the
jikes guys have changed this.) All that said, rt.jar is the correct file
so I'm not sure why jikes can't find it. 

Anyway, I don't know what the javacswarm script actually does, and I
don't have swarm installed, so I may be off base here.
