The fact you can do this tells me you've either modified your
environment or the JDK install.  (Normally you'd have to use `make'.)

I expect you'll have trouble with jipd-grid-0.0.1 on Windows Me -- not
the loading of `Strategy' -- that should work fine, and does for me on
Windows Me.  There's something wrong with the painting of the raster.
Probably some native vs. green threads issue...
