That's because I don't get the problem loading Strategy instances from the
lispAppArchiver.  I don't know why you do, but I've tried it on all
the systems I have access to, and I don't see anything wrong with the code.

What do you get from running:

  jdkswarm Main --version

..in the jipd-grid-0.0.1/ directory?
