Does this happen automatically if your multiple runs are generated by
our Experiment Swarm, or do you need to start up two separate jobs?  

(We are, however, working on a salmon model that is such a monster that
even running one simulation is becoming a real challenge. It has a
number of different model swarms but they have to stay in synch with
each other.)
