I think the Evo author <address@hidden> is on this list, but he
may filter out swarm-support and miss your question.

Anyway, the superficial reason is because there's no setting for HEADERS.
Adding this to lib/Makefile

HEADERS=$(shell echo [A-Z]*.h)

will fix that.  Also, examples/Makefiles would to have this appended:

install:
