Evo - Cyg_install

Hi everbody,

Who has experience insatlling Evo-1.0.0 under Win 98?
Swarm-2.1.1 installation seems to work well, as well
as ./configure and make for Evo. Problems arise when
making install
.../install -c -m 644 /Swarm-2.1.1/include/evo
the output is cyg-install: too few arguments.
 I have tried to modify config.status and makefile
where it seems to install this directory but neither
change the result. My suspicion is that a -d flag is
missing in the install command.
