That's installed in /Swarm-2.1/bin where /Swarm-2.1 is a Cygwin
`mount'.  The associated DOS path would need to be in the PATH, and
you'll need a SWARMHOME setting.  Type "mount" from the Swarm terminal
to see what drive and path "/Swarm-2.1" is associated.
