It's actually a DOS box shareware utility called "Take Command/32" that
provides a scrollable shell, command history, user-defined commands,
etc. (I'm not eager to learn emacs.)

I installed using as admin which is the only user on this machine.
Using the Swarm terminal I am able to compile and run my application. I
was also able to compile and run the Heatbugs demo. However, in neither
case am I able to compile from the DOS shell. If I try to run the compiled
exe from the DOS shell I get a panel with the message:
"The dynamic link library cygwin1.dll could not be found in the specified
path ..."
Is there something I can do to allow me to work from a DOS shell program?
Thanks.
