there are links to new versions to Swarm apps and libraries we've been
unofficially keeping up-to-date with Swarm (in addition to the offical
swarmapps package).  The apps are:

antsort, arborgames, ASM, Bank, Breeder, DynamicGraph, IPD, NeuroLib,
Sugarscape, tipsybugs, and turmites.
