Details:

Hi.

It was first attempted to address this issue with support #103962
<http://savannah.gnu.org/support/?func=detailitem&item_id=103962>.

I don't know the exact details of what needs to be done here on
savannah.gnu.org and over at lists.gnu.org, and who are the responsible
persons in each case, so please take the time to enlighten me (us) along the
way, so that I'll be more familiar with the process should there be a next
time.

This is for project "grep". The same setup that currently allows both commit
email messages (To: address@hidden) and diff email messages (To:
address@hidden) from the CVS source code repository to be funneled to
the <address@hidden> mailing list needs to be replicated for the web site
CVS repository as well.

I.e., commit email messages (To: address@hidden) and diff email
messages (To: address@hidden) from the web site CVS repository
should also be funneled to the same <address@hidden> mailing list.

Everything necessary to achieve this that doesn't yet exist, either on
savannah.gnu.org or on lists.gnu.org needs to be created (e.g., email
aliases) and is part of this request. It is possible that some of the
infrastructure is already in place, but then again maybe not.

Thanks.
