can you check it on this other machine with current CVS ?
i changed the order which i run the autotools, it seems to play a significant 
role... it's probably still not completely right (autoheader...), but i hope 
automake and autoconf shouldn't be required anymore. If it's not that, i'll 
have to search somewhere else...
