no problem... in fact the 0.16.0-mh1 tarball is just a 0.16.0 with new autotool 
code, so all what would be necessary is no change it's version number, and to 
add other changes if there are any for 0.16.1.

The question is: are there other changes to go into libmustux-0.16.1 ?

I still think it's better to release libmustux and protux together with the new 
autotool code, so that the build instructions are identical for both. I'll do 
the protux stuff asap.
