As I've learned.  My view of Axisgw has changed somewhat as my recent post in 
response to Dave shows.  I tend to like more openness then rigid policies, 
but recognize the need and benefits of both.  Having two projects that 
cooperate towards the achievement of the same goal, but differ on approach 
can be beneficial when done right.  I can't say that I know enough about 
Axisgw or it's relationship to phpgw to know if this is the case here.  I 
hope so.

My definition of fork is the same.  I just wasn't sure how different Axisgw is 
from phpgw.  Perhaps this should be spelled out.  I'll have to install Axis 
one of these days and take a look for myself.
