[Phpgroupware-developers] Application errors, new installation

I just installed and when I try to run the applications I am getting an error:
Error: loadfile: link is not a valid handle

I get this for every application except Calendar.  I also get this error when I 
click on the Application link in administration.

Any suggestions?
