note that this is not correct, please check the facts before getting angry....

While you can add averaging filters for PPM input on selected channels, this is usually only enabled for channels that have discrete commands (e.g. switches).

You can set that with the average attribute of each channel in your radio xml file as described in the documentation: https://wiki.paparazzuav.org/wiki/Radio_Control

how did you measure the delay? What is your setup?

Depending on which components and subsystems you use there are lots of different places to check for delays...
