So it was in the message I received, and in the response I sent, which
had the lines (clipped and separated here in an attempt to avoid renewed
mangling):

Who is the culprit behind the gratuitous re-formatting above (also
present in Duncan's reply) - gmane? Or Pan?:-)

Gee, I had to lookup both GPO (Government Printing Office?) and
