I thought I had linked exrdisplay statically so that this wouldn't be a 
problem, but it appears I didn't.  I'll try to get a fix out soon.  I 
believe this DLL is redistributable (it comes from the Intel compiler), so 
you may be able to find a copy of it on Intel's website as a workaround.
