I guess it may also be a private workflow that is hidden from you, or 
does myExperiment tell you this?
The number is the ID assigned to the workflow by Rails, and is 
incremented automatically each time. Along with the practical reasons 
Alan mentions for not re-using ID's, you can't easily force a particular 
ID as the ID is assigned when the record is saved.
