It sounds like an easy fix and they wont have any trouble writing it in such
a way to not trigger a block from LibreJS then.

That's actually only technically true right now -- yes, code without notices
on it has to be considered proprietary, because that's the way copyright
works. But in fact, a lot of it can be distributed as free, and is just not
marked in the right way. So the first conclusion to test when LibreJS blocks
something is actually that it is free but not marked as such.
