Could you please eventually share logs of your Linphone app (and eventually the linphonerc file, with filtered credentials) ?
A potential issue could be that you have not set the route to be equal to the SIP proxy in your configuration.

I’m using an SIP account in Linphone but I am unable to do outgoing calls and I am not getting any sound when it rings but I can answer the call okay. I have added some screenshots here of my device info, linphone version and audio settings.
