This request is equivalent to saying that to a random electrician which never seen your installation :

"I see my lamps blinking and some sparks here and there, even when I don't touch the switch. How to fix it ?"

We would need a bit of context on your use:

Which platform are you using ?

Which device ?

Which version of the operating system ?

Which version of Linphone ?

Do you use sip.linphone.org accounts on both ends or another provider (if so, which one ?)

Could you also eventually share some logs please ?
