Indeed, one of the files on my hard disk is from Hans Aberg (the
run-lilypond.svgz from
<http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-user/2009-06/msg00716.html>).
I suppose the others were from
<http://valentin.villenave.info/lilypond/sketchbook/>, but that isn't
reachable anymore, so I attach my copies.  AFAICS, they are exactly the
same that I downloaded some months or years ago.
