It's one of the regtests.

As James says, it's substantially different in 2.13.45 - the second page is all on one line, whereas with 12.3 it's split on 2. For me, the later version is better, since there's plenty of space for the notes to be on a single line, but it's not wholly clear what the original intention of the regtest was.

I don't believe the build-based regtest checker would pick up this change on a multi-page output. I could run my pixel-based checker to compare 2.12.3 with 2.13.45, but I'm a bit scared at what I'd find....
