strictly speaking, that is incorrect - "i can not install it" is
not the same as "it does not work" - perhaps your distro is
missing some dependencies; but the software is not broken

np, it will need to be upgraded to python3 eventually; but we
already knew that

i am mentioning this, only because as written, it is not a very
useful bug report - bug reports which claim nothing more than
"it doesnt work" usually arent - at the very least, it would
need to be known which distro you had the problem with

you mentioned your problem on this mailing list, only 30 minutes
ago - you could have just waited for a response, to find out if
your problem was a report-worthy bug, or a support request
- i was writing one to explain the situation, as you opened that
ticket
