Do you mean Unicode the model?  The political process?  A particular
X.Y spec rev?  or what?  By "last word" do you mean forever in the
history of the universe?  over the next 210 years?  over the next 3?
What?  Nevermind.... it's quite unimportant here, right now.  Just
please stop spreading pointlessly negative rhetoric that happens to
use the word Unicode.
