Now the has a form,
 the new page for Globulation2 should be:

if  it is not too complicated....  if not we can use a redirect, or 
change the configuration of the wiki...


Now we nead to migrate the documentation and the 3 docs for the 
management of the project

then, once the PITS are there,  the collaboration platform

then, we can implement  sometink to be able to see maps (i think we can 
already see uploaded photos), also, we can use the wiki, and let go the 
ftp,  this will alow better structure, and contributions can organazed, 
if not we can still make a link to the ftp site...
