That's basically it.  Hopefully enough people (ie n>2) who have read the
links to the constitution that have been posted to this list will be present
and willing to sign it.  All I'm really asking of you is that we can have
opportunity to hold a mini-meeting during the early part of the day.  If you
get chance to read the docs and want to sign, or sign up, then that would be
great, but we won't tie you to a rack otherwise.  I promise.  ;-)
