In the corefonts and XP versions of TNR, with the bytecode interpreted,
that glyph exhibits a wobbling dot when zooming ppem in ftview

The corefonts version wobbles much more than the XP version.

It is not surprising, therefore, that the 7 version (it seems -- I cannot
test) wobbles even less.
