I am almost finished with an initial texinfo file that includes:

- - Sacha's QuickStart
- - johnw's original planner essay
- - the source comments from all of the modules in the dev archive
- - some things from this mailing list
- - a few minor editions of my own

So, if anyone wants to send me additional things or requests, I will
work them in.

I'm going to wrap it up within a week for "release", and then continue
to update it and improve it after that.
