Yes, exactly that. But I'm not merely suggesting this to save lines of
code. It's a conceptual thing.

Qi is the actual package manager and Qire extends its functionality. So,
to manage packages on Dragora, users should use Qi. And Qi, on the other
hand, should make use of its remote extension, Qire, as needed.

This is more logical and easier to grasp, I'd say.

To explain why I think the current relation of Qi and Qire is a bit
illogical in this respect, let me compare it to URxvt and using one of
its Perl extensions: I have the urxvt-resize-font extension installed,
which lets me resize the font in URxvt on the fly. But this, of course,
doesn't mean I now need to run urxvt-resize-font instead of urxvt. I
still just run urxvt as before, only that when I hit a certain key
combination, urxvt makes use of the extension and resizes the font.
