For community annoucement, we can enhance/add scripts to send a generic notice to dev ML. This is not best or enough  but it is an easy step to do.

This would already be a great step forward and vastly sufficiant to mitigate the issues raised in this thread. This is not rocket science ;)

Also glad to hear about the improvements on the tagging side of things.
