I am following the lilypond manual on how to create a book. In
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.18/Documentation/notation/multiple-scores-in-a-book.html
they write:
One important exception is within lilypond-book documents, where you
explicitly have to add a \book block, otherwise only the first \score or
\markup will appear in the output.
Once everything works, I want to add \bookpart contexts as well.

I see, thank you. I tried inserting \vspace at the end of the \markup,
which did not work, but did not have the idea to insert it in the title.
Is there a way to generally set the vertical spacing before a new movement?
