[me]: Fix Savannah #55081.
* tmac/e.tmac (bc): Fix problem with multiple columns on long pages.
Space to the next page location trap, not 24 inches. Thanks to Dave
Kemper and Bjarni Ingi Gislason for help tracking this bug down.
