Ah--thanks, Dave.

Unfortunately, I cannot get that definition `.sp \\n(_ku` to work for ANY page
length; not 158, not 159, not 66.  These all just start column 2 in column 1,
with varying vertical space.

Setting the page length to 10 produces two pages with "Column 1." on the left
on page 1 and "Column 2." on the right on page 2.

All measurements in vees.
