In the "set device" command, what is the distinction between a device
that supports full parallel mode vs pseudo parallel mode - the
'parmode' parameter to the "set device" command (buf[4] in avrdude)?
Vales of 'yes' and 'no' don't seem to be sufficent to describe the
parallel programming capabilities. What is "psuedo" parallel
programming support mean?
