Hi,

I've cleaned up the linux port patch as we discussed. I wish all ports
were this easy. ;-)

This keeps the ppi.c relatively #if/#endif free.

I might still need to add the -ltermcap to the Makefile for my RedHat
box. Will try that once I get dialup from home working again.

Any final comments before I commit?
