Try bringing up Start/Programs/Swarm/terminal and running
"make; javaswarm StartHeatbugs".  Does that work?

The usual reason that an app like JBuilder 4 doesn't first work with
Swarm is that the javaswarm.dll is not in the PATH, but I doubt that
in this case.  (Check, though..)

I haven't tested JBuilder 4, and don't have any confirmed sucess stories,
so it is an open question..  (I'd like to know!)

Also, since 2.1.1, there have been a large number of Java-related fixes
and improvements, so you might grab yesterday's DLLs and swarm.jar
file and give them a try:

  ftp://ftp.swarm.org/pub/swarm/binaries/w32/latest/javaswarm.dll.gz
                                                    swarm.jar.gz

To install them, from the Swarm/terminal run "gunzip javaswarm.dll.gz;
cp javaswarm.dll /Swarm-2.1.1/bin" and "gunzip swarm.jar.gz; cp
swarm.jar /Swarm-2.1.1/share/swarm".
