Just a question. Do we plan to accept only GPL compatible licenses or
every free license (wrt www.gnu.org/philosophy/license-list.html) ?
In general we will only accept GPL-compatible licenses. Encouraging
the use of licenses which are GPL-compatible is substantially
important. We can use free software with other licenses, but when it
comes to hosting a project we have an opportunity to ask for more.
This is a useful way to use that opportunity.
However the idea that we can make an exception if we have a very good
reason is a useful idea.
