It is. We are currently testing these scripts on the CERN database,
the GNU one and the FZK one, and we have good results.

If you have a database to migrate from the old savannah to the dev
branch, we can send you that scripts (ask address@hidden)

We will publish them once they will be a bit more polished than they
currently are.
