    Yes, it is bug 23138

I just checked with the 0.6.1. on openSUSE 11. I get a Yelp error with
different error codes for every try. The messages is the same. Does it work
    on other platforms?

There are no end of bugs in yelp.  However, on the version I have
installed ( 2.14.3 ) I can get around the ones preventing pspp's info
from being displayed, if I set the environment variable
export G_SLICE=always-malloc

Strange enough on openSUSE it works nice and without a problem when --infodir is used with configure.

The bad thing is that when you didn't use --infodir yelp won't say anything about files not found. So when you hit the help, nothing happens. If you use yelp from a console you get the ugly errors as I wrote in a previous message. But this happens for other yelp info packages too!

Maybe it is time for a line "openSUSE" with a link "Installation Instructions" to http://jstover.motd.org/cgi-bin/oddmuse.cgi/openSUSE on http://www.gnu.org/software/pspp/get.html It could help openSUSE users starting with PSPP.

Have fun.
