I know... but nonetheless I will have to keep nagging on that point...

Yep. But still I think it's useful to remind all developers that there are
(unassigned) bugs to be fixed. Every developer one bug a day or every two
days, and the bug list will be very short rather quickly... ;-)

Yep, but in this way the patch submit process scares people away.
