heya,
i disagree with skiping head. head should become phpgw-0.9.18. there are
already alot of new features included, next to the xslt framework. we
finally have to go back to a normal developing/release schedule. this
does not mean, droping a whole branch and starting over from scratch :).
16 is a backport release, which was holding back ppl from developing head.
after 16 is out, we have the time for developing head code next to
development in the experimenal branche.
